Your Rights to Access or Delete Data

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligations we may have. To make such a request, please use the contact form on our site. We will respond within the time frame required by Malaysian law and will not charge a fee for reasonable requests.

Why We Hold Your Data

Information from the contact form is held solely to respond to your enquiry or request. We do not use it for any other purpose without your separate consent. Server logs are kept to maintain the security and stability of the platform, to diagnose technical issues, and to understand general usage patterns so we can improve the site experience for all visitors.

Cookies and Your Choice

Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to help us analyse how the platform is used. These are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. If you disable cookies through your browser settings, you can still use the site, but some features may not work as smoothly. For example, you might need to log in again more often or see less relevant content.

How Long We Keep Records

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. Contact form enquiries are kept until the matter is resolved, and server logs are kept for a limited period. Once the data is no longer required, it is securely deleted from our systems. We do not hold onto information indefinitely, and we review our retention periods regularly.

Who We Share Data With

We share your data only with trusted service providers who act on our instructions, such as analytics companies and hosting providers. These parties are bound by contract to protect your information. We never sell your personal data to anyone. Your information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not trade in personal data of any kind.
